Talent Scouts
An Initiati talent scout initiates the recruitment process of potential webcam models. He or she should source and identify attractive and talented models through social media, events related to cam modeling, other websites. This individual should be resourceful enough to scout different places where talents are likely to be found. A talent scout is responsible in developing strategies on how to recruit models.
