By filling out the application form, you are authorizing Initiati Inc. and their affiliate websites and networks to consider you for employment. Your information is kept confidential and secured. Your information will never to be disclosed to unrelated third parties. Pursuant to our terms and conditions, you are agreeing and attesting to the following:

• I am at least 18 years of age, or of the age of majority where I live, and anyone who might appear with me is also 18 years of age.
• I will not engage in any unlawful, obscene, or prohibited conduct, according to the local standards of my community. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to determine what is acceptable in my local community, and hold Initiati Inc and their affiliates harmless if any behaviour I might engage in will result in any civil or criminal penalties in my local community.
• I will only engage in conduct that I enjoy and find fulfilling, and I will not engage in conduct that I do not enjoy or do not find fulfilling.
• I will not attempt to portray myself as a "teen" or a "teenager". If I am 18 and use the word "teen" or "teenager", I must also use the supporting words "18", or "nineteen". I will also not attempt to represent myself as someone under the age of 18.
• I will not promote any website or webcam show not directly affiliated with Initiati Inc to their clients or while appearing on their network. This includes not soliciting direct payment for my shows via Western Union or any other payment method outside of the Initiati Inc network.
• I hereby grant Initiati Inc full rights to all photos and videos submitted, and certify that they are royalty and copyright free.
• While working for Initiati Inc or their affiliates, I will not solicit prostitution, or any other ‘escort’-related services.
• I agree that if I violate any of the conditions laid forth herein, I may forfeit funds and my performer status will be terminated immediately.
